Job summary

Big Mamma US is seeking a People Partner to lead HR operations for our Southern Florida launch, ensuring compliance and shaping the employee experience across our Carmine’s & Big Mamma concepts. You will partner with the COO US and CFO US, manage data integrity, onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, and culture initiatives across multi-unit restaurants in the Palm Beach area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR/People experience in multi-unit operations.
• Strong knowledge of US labor laws, Form I-9 audits, payroll tracking, and records management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and diplomacy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
• Authorized to work in the United States and willing to relocate to Palm Beach area.

Responsibilities

• Operational HR & US Data Compliance: maintain audit-ready records and ensure I-9/E-Verify compliance across restaurant teams.
• Employee Relations & Manager Coaching: support managers, document investigations, and escalate when needed.
• Employee Experience & Culture: manage probation workflows, conduct exit interviews, and drive engagement initiatives.
• Talent Acquisition & Openings: support interview scheduling and HR onboarding for new Florida openings.
• Culture Carrier & Leadership: align with executives and collaborate with Payroll, HR Admin, and Talent Acquisition.
