As a People Partner, Strategic Programs, you will play a key role in driving and coordinating critical People initiatives that support both talent and business priorities across Maersk. Acting as the central point of integration for programs such as Workforce Planning, Annual Salary Review, Employee Engagement, Recognition & Rewards, People Analytics, Workday data quality, and strategic People initiatives, you will partner closely with People Partners, Centers of Excellence, Finance, and business leaders. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic decision‑making, lead cross‑functional projects, drive organizational change, and enhance the employee experience through data‑driven insights and continuous improvement.

Location: Charlotte, NC or Santa Fe Springs, CA
Travel expectations: Approximately 10‑15% travel, as required.
Salary: $95,000 - $125,000*
