Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Senior People Partner to join our PCC team in a hybrid Denver location. You will design and administer HR policies, guide salary decisions, and support employee development.

You will counsel managers on performance, pay reviews, and promotions, lead new employee orientation, and ensure compliance with EEO and FLSA. A Bachelor's in HR/Business and a PHR are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration or equivalent
  • PHR preferred for this role
  • Knowledge of EEO and FLSA regulations and employment laws
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist with design, implementation and administration of HR policies on salary administration and employee development
  • Counsel departments on staff training, performance appraisals, compensation reviews, and promotions/transfers
  • Communicate HR policies to employees and managers
  • Investigate employee issues and ensure proper action
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws across locations
  • Prepare reports for management decision-making and conduct new employee orientation

We’re looking for a People Partner Senior to join our ever evolving PCC team and help shape the future of global commerce.This will be a hybrid role with expectations of 3 days per week in office at our Denver, CO location.What you will be own:Assists with design, implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures regarding salary administration, employment decisions and employee development/training.Counsels and assists departments and managers on staff training and development, job assignments, performance appraisals, compensation reviews, disciplinary actions and promotions/transfers.Communicates company and HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.Investigates employee issues by interviewing all parties involved, researching documentation and obtaining relevant information from members of management.Listens to employee complaints/concerns and determines appropriate action.Ensures all locations remain in compliance with applicable laws.Prepares various reports by collecting data from source documents, entering into spreadsheet software and/or performing statistical analyses to aid management in decision making.Conducts new employee orientation sessions. Ensures all paperwork is processed correctly.Provides managers with HR guidance and support for performance and salary review processes.Other related duties assigned as needed.What you bring:Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $96,500.00-$145,625.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
