  • Lead the people side of organisational change within Sales, supporting communication and helping teams adapt through transitions
  • Act as the connection point between the Sales organisation and People Enablement functions such Payroll and People Ops, working across a global-local structure to keep service standards high
You'll be great for this role if...
  • Experience of at least 6 years in HR business partnering, including 3 or more years operating independently as a senior People Partner in a commercial or sales-heavy environment
  • A track record of managing full performance cycles, engagement programmes and complex employee relations cases without close oversight
  • Strong ability to translate people data such as attrition, engagement and performance trends into insights that shape leadership decisions
