Job summary

Veriff is hiring a People Partner to support our Engineering and Product leaders. You’ll advise on organizational design, culture, and performance while ensuring compliance with European labor laws and global HR standards.

You’ll drive engagement, lead change initiatives, and translate people data into strategic actions across a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a people partner role in tech, scale-ups, or multinational organizations
• Experience supporting product and engineering teams
• Strong theory and practice of employee lifecycle and change management
• Ability to use data to influence decisions and drive change
• Excellent relationship building and coaching skills
• Comfort working across multiple time zones

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted thought partner to business leaders on org design, talent, culture, and performance
• Lead and support change management initiatives including restructures and policy updates
• Collaborate on talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce optimization
• Coach managers on performance management and employee engagement
• Serve as primary contact for employee relations and complex cases
• Drive employee engagement initiatives using surveys and feedback
• Translate people metrics into actionable insights

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

• Acting as a trusted thought partner to business leaders, influencing decisions that shape organizational design, talent, culture, and performance.
• Leading and supporting change management initiatives, including restructures, leadership transitions, and policy updates.
• Collaborating on talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce optimization, ensuring readiness for future growth.
• Coaching managers on effective performance management and employee engagement strategies.
• Serving as a key contact for employee relations and complex case management, ensuring fairness and compliance with European labor laws.
• Driving employee engagement initiatives, leveraging insights from surveys and feedback loops to improve the employee experience.
• Translating people metrics into actionable insights and recommendations.

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in a people partner role in tech, scale-ups, or multinational organizations, supporting product and engineering teams
• Both theoretical and practical knowledge about employee lifecycle and change management to help you implement best practices
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to influence decisions and drive meaningful change
• An exceptional ability to build relationships, paired with the communication skills needed to coach leaders and influence at all levels.
• A high level of comfort working both independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team across multiple time zones.
• Ability to think quickly on your feet and solve critical ad-hoc problems while staying calm and positive and without losing sight of the big picture
• Fluency in English
