• 10+ years of HRBP or People Partner experience in a high-growth tech company.
• Experience partnering with Product Management and Product Design.
• Ability to analyze data and surface team health trends for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with Product Management and Product Design leaders.
• Synthesize People data into clear reads for leaders.
• Support core talent programs including performance cycles and promotions.
• Reinforce high performance standards and clear growth expectations.
• Serve as liaison between Product & Design and the broader People team.
• Lead end-to-end execution of org changes including transition planning and comms.
