Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a proactive HR Operations, Systems, and Compliance professional to drive employee data audits and ensure data integrity across the lifecycle.

You will maintain Workday records, support onboarding and acquisitions, and collaborate with Legal, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, and IT to deliver a world-class employee experience. Hybrid work in SF or NYC with relocation support offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR/People Operations during company growth and scaling.
• Proficiency with Workday and advanced spreadsheet analysis.
• Ability to deconstruct processes and identify root causes for gaps.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Workday data and reflect updates across the company, including hires and internal moves.
• Respond to inquiries from employees and partners with accuracy and efficiency.
• Support global onboarding, including executives and acquisitions, prioritizing timeliness.
• Partner with Program owners, Systems, Compliance, Recruiting Ops, Payroll, Finance, IT, and more.
• Collaborate across People processes to ensure an interconnected system.
• Continuously measure and improve employee experience metrics.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams with change management impact.
• Leverage AI and automation to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
