Job summary

RemoteLeads is seeking an experienced contractor in People Operations to evaluate AI-generated work and provide structured, actionable feedback. You will review documents and presentations, identifying factual, formatting, and presentation errors while applying recruiting expertise to-grade AI outputs.

The role is fully remote with a flexible schedule and independent project work. This contract offers hourly compensation, a self-directed workload, and weekly payments via Stripe or Wise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in People Operations or Recruiting.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Advanced degree from a reputable institution preferred.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in People Operations or Recruiting.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Google Slides and PowerPoint.
• Advanced degree from a reputable institution preferred.
• Ability to work as an independent contractor.
• H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported.

Benefits

• $80–$120 per hour.
