Job summary

Weekday AI is seeking expert Evaluators in People ops / recruiting to review AI-generated artifacts for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality. You will apply deep subject matter expertise to grade outputs across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

This fully remote, hourly engagement offers flexible scheduling. You’ll evaluate artifacts against domain rubrics, identify factual and presentation errors, and provide clear, structured feedback to help improve AI-generated work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in People ops / recruiting.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.

Job description

This role is for one of our clients

Compensation: $80-$120 per hour

We are hiring expert Evaluators inPeople ops / recruitingto review and assess AI-generated work products (documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks) for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality. You will apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs.

This is a remote, hourly engagement.

Requirements (must have)

1. 5+ years of relevant professional experience in People ops / recruiting.
2. Native or professional fluency in English.
3. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides(Google Slides / PowerPoint).

Preferred (nice to have)

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution.

What you’ll do

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain‑specific quality rubrics.

• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
