Responsibilities

• HR: Receive, process file and communicate with township manager and clerk for new hires/current employees, benefits, and related paperwork with confidentiality.
• Payroll: Process payroll-related activities using BS&A and UKG, compute special payouts, and handle deductions and direct deposits.
• Finance: Reconciliations, accounts payable support, print and distribute purchase orders, and review account coding; assist in director duties during absences.
