How You Fit In

As a People Operations Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting the employee lifecycle while ensuring operational excellence in HR processes. You will work closely with Leadership and cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives that enhance employee engagement and streamline processes. You’ll help deliver key People Operations programs and contribute to building a strong, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture. This role is ideal for someone who’s agile, detail-oriented, people-focused, likes a fast pace and looking to grow into a more strategic People Operations role over time.

Responsibilities

  • Employee Lifecycle Support: Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and internal mobility, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.
  • People Operations Program Execution: Support core People Operations programs such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, wellness initiatives, DEI efforts and recognition initiatives.
  • People Operations Data and Analytics: Maintain employee data in the HRIS, ensure accuracy and compliance, and help generate HR reports and dashboards. Monitor key HR metrics, own reporting (Weekly, Monthly and quarterly) to help provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies, procedures, and compliance measures and ensuring consistent application across teams.
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration: Support benefits enrollment and compensation benchmarking.
  • Performance & Talent Management: Assist in the development of performance review processes, career development frameworks, and training programs.
  • Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Support compliance with labor laws, workplace safety standards, and HR best practices.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Support leadership, and department heads to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation, efficiency improvements, and enhanced employee experiences.

Skills and Qualifications

Must have:

  • 5 years of experience in HR/ People Operations role.
  • Knowledge of core HR practices, policies, employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with HRIS and other HR technology tools.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a people-first mindset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and extreme confidentiality.
  • Experience with managing and supporting Learning and Development initiatives for managers and individual contributors.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Passion for enhancing workplace culture and employee experience.

Compensation

The salary range for this position depends on experience.

In accordance with the California Equal Pay and Pay Transparency laws , the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
