What is this role like?
We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-oriented Operations Administrator to help keep our internal operations running smoothly as we scale. You’ll play a key role in supporting cross-functional teams, maintaining internal documentation, and coordinating day-to-day workflows across departments. If you’re someone who’s obsessed with color-coded systems, detailed process docs, and keeping everything in order — we’d love to meet you.
In this role, you’ll work closely with team leads and report directly to the CEO. Your main job is to keep the trains running on time, organize information in ways that help the team move faster, and create the internal clarity that keeps us aligned.
