Formación

• 4-8 years of HR experience as a People Operations Specialist and/or HR Generalist across industries.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey information clearly to all levels.
• High comfort with technology and adopting new tools quickly.
• Proficiency with HR software, Google Suite, Slack, Asana, and Zoom.
• Strong stakeholder management, adaptability to changing business needs.
• Experience with workforce analytics and data-driven decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead organizations you support to achieve People objectives: attracting, hiring and onboarding talent, developing staff, and staying compliant.
• Influence business and talent initiatives to support short and long-term goals.
• Provide coaching and guidance on performance management and engagement.
• Engage in strategic workforce planning and identify talent gaps.
• Translate business needs into comprehensive People Plans and organizational development support.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and maintain HR data, onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits tasks.
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and deliver excellent customer service.
