Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR, recruiting coordination, or People Operations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire onboarding from offer to first day.
• Serve as main contact for new hires and employees.
• Ensure changes are communicated to payroll, IT, and benefits.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.
• Support employee offboarding and final-day logistics.
• Assist with employee events and engagement activities.
• Partner with Recruiting, Finance, IT, and Facilities to coordinate processes.
• Prepare routine HR letters and communications.
