Qualifications

• Two+ years in Human Resources or People Operations preferred.

• Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local requirements for Respite Care Providers.
• Manage HRIS data entry, updates, and audits.
• Coordinate employee separation and offboarding activities and exit processes.
