Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll and HR records, ensure compliance filings and audits.
• Own offer letters, onboarding, offboarding, accounts, and equipment management.
• Plan offsites, town halls, team lunches, recognition programs, and people-focused initiatives.
• Manage and coach the part-time Recruiter through regular 1:1s.
• Support compensation benchmarking, performance reviews, and HR special projects.

• Apply HR best practices, keep Gusto records accurate, and oversee payroll.
