Rose Remodeling seeks an experienced Manager of HR & People Operations to lead all HR functions in California. You will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, and culture.

You will partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals. The role requires 5+ years in HR with leadership, strong CA employment law knowledge, and proficiency with HRIS/ATS platforms.

Qualifications

5+ years of HR experience with leadership responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, and performance management.

Responsibilities

Oversee full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies supporting growth.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Administer compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
