Job summary

Rose Remodeling is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources and support our growing team in California. This full-time role manages talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, and culture.

You will partner with leadership to drive people strategies that align with business goals, foster a positive workplace, ensure legal compliance, and measure HR metrics to fuel continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
• Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies that support growth.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and development.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
• Maintain HR systems, reporting, and KPI tracking.
• Handle separations/terminations in compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate OSHA compliance and harassment training.
