Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience within a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and investigations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coach managers.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Manager in performance management for exempt and non-exempt staff.
• Maintain compensation records and process personnel actions.
• Coordinate with HR Ops on employee communication and training programs.
• Administer health and welfare benefit plans and disability programs.
• Manage pension/retirement plan activities and retiree files.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
