Job summary

DualEntry, a fast-growing AI startup in New York, is hiring a People Operations Generalist to build and scale the HR function. You will own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, ensure data accuracy across HRIS and payroll, and lead policies and communications to support rapid growth with a strong culture.

You will collaborate with Finance on payroll and audits, resolve relations issues with sound judgment, and contribute to an ambitious mission to transform ERP for a wide range of customers

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HRBP, People Operations or HR Generalist roles in high-growth environments.
• Strong operator mindset with a track record of owning end-to-end processes.
• High judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
• Ability to bring structure, clarity and systems to ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and execution-focused.

As our People Operations Generalist, you’ll help build and scale the people function at DualEntry. You’ll play a key role in supporting our team, enhancing the employee experience and developing the people programs and processes that enable us to grow quickly while maintaining a strong culture.

This is an intense, hands‑on role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar.

Location: New York City HQ, 7 World Trade Center

Where you’ll create impact

Compensation & Benefits

• Equity: $35,000 - $50,000
• Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
