• Provide recommendations for improvements to increase performance.
• Help onboarding, including screening and interviewing candidates.
• Train new hires and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Keep up to date with market trends and industry forecasts.
• Coordinate with departments to optimize production across the board.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
