You will handle payroll data, maintain HRIS records in Oracle/Workforce, coordinate training and benefits, and assist with performance reviews and compliance. This role emphasizes teamwork and ongoing learning within a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support employees on HR topics including benefits and leave.
• Assist full-cycle recruitment: postings, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Assist bi-weekly payroll data entry and backup.
• Maintain employee records in Oracle Workforce.
• Coordinate performance reviews and engagement activities.
• Administer benefits and track attendance/training records.
