This early-career role offers broad exposure across HR operations, internal communications, talent programs, and analytics, with initial focus on reporting, data trends, and employee communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership through internships or student activities.
• Must have ongoing US work authorization (no visa sponsorship needed).
