Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. in Irvine, CA invites an IT Support Analyst to own day-to-day IT needs, from software/hardware support to onboarding, asset tracking, and Microsoft 365 administration. You’ll be the go-to for end-user support and for keeping systems secure and productive across the business.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
  • Experience managing Microsoft 365 licenses, mailboxes, distribution groups, and shared mailboxes.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and user management.
  • 3+ years of IT support or IT operations experience in a business or enterprise environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, hardware, and common business applications.
  • Familiarity with IT asset management and lifecycle management best practices.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, switches, Wi‑Fi, and VoIP systems.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems).
  • Experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, CRM or logistics‑related systems is a plus.
  • Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross‑functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • IT Operations & Process Management: manage incidents, requests, and change activities.
  • Document IT procedures and troubleshooting guides.
  • Create and maintain user guides and internal support docs.
  • Provide general IT support for end users (software/hardware).
  • Handle new hire onboarding, device provisioning, and IT orientation.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory (laptops, monitors, peripherals, licenses).
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID.
  • Manage user lifecycles, mailboxes, groups, and license assignments.
  • Troubleshoot 365 service issues and end-user collaboration tools.
  • Monitor 365 service health and notifications.
  • Assist with tenant configuration, policy management, and optimization.
  • Support mail administration, mail flow rules, shared mailboxes, distribution groups.
  • Track IT services and subscriptions (Internet, telecom, software like Adobe, hosting, cloud).
  • Infrastructure & Systems Support: first-level for servers/VMs/network; escalate.
  • Vendor & Project Coordination: collaborate with vendors for hardware, IT service delivery.
  • Participate in IT system projects as coordinator/PM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure delivery.

Overview:

We are seeking a hands‑on, proactive IT Support Analyst to join our team. This role covers a broad range of responsibilities—from software and hardware support to onboarding, asset tracking, and supporting IT‑related building systems. You’ll be the go‑to person for day‑to‑day IT needs, helping the business stay productive and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Operations & Process Management

  • Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and processes to manage incidents, service requests, and change management activities.
  • Maintain proper documentation of IT procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Create and maintain user guides and internal support documentation.
  • Provide general IT support for end users, including software and hardware installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
  • Manage the new hire onboarding process, including device provisioning, account setup, and orientation support for IT systems.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, including laptops, monitors, peripherals, and software licenses.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
  • Manage user lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, mailbox administration, distribution groups, and license assignment.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 service issues and support end-user collaboration tools.
  • Monitor Microsoft 365 service health and system notifications.
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 tenant configuration, policy management, and service optimization initiatives.
  • Support Microsoft 365 mail administration, including mail flow rules, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and email delivery troubleshooting.
  • Track and manage IT‑related services and subscriptions, including Internet and telecom services, Adobe Creative Suite, server hosting, and cloud platforms.

Infrastructure & Systems Support

  • Provide first‑level support and troubleshooting for servers, virtual machines, and network infrastructure.
  • Escalate complex infrastructure issues to the Infrastructure team.

Vendor & Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement, IT service delivery, and system maintenance.
  • Participate in IT system implementation projects as a project coordinator or project manager when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure IT projects and operational tasks are delivered efficiently.

Salary range: $75,000-$93,000
