Key Qualifications

• Assist in the implementation and ongoing management of HR information systems, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and performance management systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and assist in designing system configurations
• Support global payroll processes and ensure data accuracy within the HR systems
• Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and implement data governance protocols
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users
• Ensure timely communication of HR programs within the organization
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR technology solutions
• Assist in managing vendor relationships and coordinating system upgrades or enhancements
• Support system integrations with other business applications
• Assist in developing and delivering training programs to educate employees on how to effectively use HR systems
• Administer global benefits programs and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze the results to provide actionable insights

Key Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience supporting HRIS platforms (Workday, Jobvite, Deel) and related technologies
• Basic understanding of APIs for system integrations
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure components and concepts
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Familiarity with various operating systems
• Basic understanding of computer networking principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
