The People & Office Operations Manager is responsible for managing core Human Resources functions as well as the daily administrative operation of the Evergoods office environment.
This position fosters a healthy and productive office environment by supporting the people, systems and spaces related to Evergoods' work.
The role manages core Human Resources and office operations, including payroll and benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, company policies, and employee support. Responsibilities also include administering Google Workspace and Shared Drives, maintaining user access and digital resources, overseeing office facilities and supplies, managing equipment inventory and service providers, and coordinating company-wide events and communications.
This role is administrative in nature and is not expected to serve as the company's compliance expert.
This position is not responsible for network engineering or cybersecurity but serves as the company's Google Workspace coordinator and first point of contact for technology support.
