Job summary

Montage International's Pendry Park City seeks an Assistant Director of People and Learning to partner with the Director of People, supporting HR functions and learning programs. The role emphasizes mentoring, Know Thyself training, and building strong, compliant People teams.

The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years in HR, training background, a Bachelor’s degree, and Workday proficiency. SPHR/PHR or training certs are a plus; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of human resources experience, with 3+ years in training.
• Bachelor’s Degree; advanced certifications preferred.
• Strong employee relations, benefits, compliance, and recruitment experience.
• Experience conducting investigations, coaching, and resolving complaints.
• Proven group facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regular training and mentoring to Pendry team.
• Coordinate Know Thyself and 10 Day training programs.
• Support the Director of People on HR functions.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate training materials and speakers.
• Use HRIS to verify data and run payroll/benefit reports.
