Job summary

Aramark is seeking an HR Generalist Coordinator II to support Human Resources and operational managers with day-to-day HR activities and the rollout of HR initiatives at Zephyr Cove Resort and Lake Tahoe Adventures. You will assist with reporting, recognition programs, benefits administration, and onboarding of new associates, in collaboration with HR managers.

You will contribute to hiring, training, and employee data management while ensuring compliance with company policies and guest service

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in Human Resources preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and planning skills.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• A high level of guest service and an eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience taking care of a large employee population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use HR systems to produce reports.
• Assist with tracking and administrating recognition program.
• Provide data and information as needed for investigations in partnership with HR Managers.
• Coordinate the benefits program.
• Lead and coordinate the Annual Performance Review process for front line associates in partnership with management.
• Assist with hiring, on-boarding, and training new associates.
• Connect with a third-party administrator for worker's compensation, FMLA, and Short-Term Disability and leave.
