Job summary

Aramark in Zephyr Cove, NV is seeking an HR Coordinator II to support HR and operations managers with day-to-day field HR activities and rollout of HR initiatives.

You will generate reports, assist with hiring, onboarding, training, benefits coordination, and performance reviews, while partnering with management and third-party admins as needed to ensure smooth HR operations across the district.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in Human Resources preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and planning skills.
• Strong English verbal/written communication skills.
• High level of guest service and an eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft office programs.
• Experience taking care of a large employee population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use HR systems to produce reports.
• Assist with tracking and administrating recognition program.
• Provide data and information as needed for investigations in partnership with HR Managers.
• Coordinate the benefits program.
• Lead and coordinate the Annual Performance Review process for front line associates in partnership with management.
• Assist with hiring, on-boarding, and training new associates.
• Connect with a third-party administrator for worker’s compensation, FMLA, and Short-Term Disability and leave.
