Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience (automotive industry a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in HR or business preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting efforts, from job postings to interview scheduling
• Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HR files
• Help administer employee benefits and respond to related questions
• Process paperwork for new hires, terminations, and policy changes
• Assist with attendance tracking, PTO requests, and HRIS data entry
• Support employee engagement and training efforts
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
• Other duties as assigned by management
