The role requires coaching and mentoring staff, ensuring food safety, and participating in hiring processes. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
• Minimum age 18+ as a condition of employment

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are delighted with food, service, and staff.
• Build relationships to drive long-term guest loyalty.
• Lead, manage and develop team members through coaching and motivation to meet goals.
• Participate in interviewing and selection of new hires.
• Train the team in food safety standards and maintain compliance.
