Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support mergers and acquisitions by assisting with due diligence and valuation.
• Participate in project management to facilitate separations and divestitures.
• Conduct research to aid risk analysis and strategic decisions.
• Engage in cross-functional team coordination to meet project goals.
• Assist in developing employee retention strategies for client success.
• Contribute to reports and presentations for client meetings and internal reviews.
