Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
• Client service internships are entry-level and candidates are typically in the 3rd year of a 4-year program or the 4th year of a 5-year program.

Responsibilities

• Supporting mergers and acquisitions activities with due diligence and valuation tasks.
• Participating in project management to facilitate transitions during separations and divestitures.
• Conducting research to aid risk analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Assisting in cross-functional team coordination to achieve project goals.
• Observing and learning from professionals in workforce consulting practices.
• Contributing to client meetings and internal reviews through reports and presentations.
