This fast-paced role covers merchandising, operations, customer service, and loss prevention while driving store performance. You will recruit and mentor Associates, implement action plans for targets and store changes, and ensure a safe, efficient layout.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide effective feedback and mentorship to others.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations.
• Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes. Provide input on succession planning to meet future needs.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets. Coordinate loss prevention and operational programs and improve store layout and efficiency.
