Carter’s, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Milpitas, CA to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, help them discover baby essentials, and support store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Foster an inclusive, safe environment for employees and customers.
• Model service standards and omnichannel experience while coaching others.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, training and development of store team.
• Plan, track, and report tasks and financial results using company tools.
• Partner with Store Manager on merchandising standards, promotions, and product placement.
• Reduce loss through customer service, education and operational controls.
