Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant's daily operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for the family-friendly environment and ensure customer satisfaction.
