Wendy's is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations in Garfield Heights, OH. You will help lead a high-performing team, ensure strong customer service, and drive sales and operational metrics in a fast-paced environment.

The AGM will manage staff, assist with scheduling, training, and coaching, and uphold health, safety and food-handling standards while promoting a fun, family atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build a cohesive team.
• Experience in a leadership role in a high-volume food service environment is preferred.
