Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support our people-first manufacturing culture by delivering accurate, timely payroll for hourly and salaried employees. You will process biweekly payroll, validate time and attendance, and maintain HRIS and payroll records for our Warroad, MN operations.

You’ll calculate deductions, bonuses, and premiums, ensure compliance with tax and wage regulations, and prepare payroll reports for Finance and HR.

Qualifications

• Experience processing biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll records maintenance.
• Strong attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
• Understanding of wage and tax regulations and deductions.
