• Knows that we source great food and that recipes must be followed.
• Keeps track of restaurant sales and traffic goals and works to exceed them.
• Coaches teams on the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table.
• Understands the 10 Commandments and applies them in daily work.
• Responds quickly to customer and employee concerns.
• Trains, coaches, and develops team members daily.
