Job summary

JSX is seeking a Corporate Soul Intern to support its Human Resources organization—Corporate Soul. You’ll contribute to culture programs, Crewmember development, and employee experience across Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, HR Technology, and engagement.

This internship gives hands-on exposure to recruiting, training, and culture initiatives within a fast-paced airline setting. You’ll collaborate with teams across the organization, help plan events, and develop practical HR

Qualifications

• Required: Currently enrolled in college and completing your sophomore or junior year.
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally across the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to organize information, support basic data analysis, and prepare reports or presentations.
• Interest in HR, workplace culture, and professional development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating positive workplace experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Soul and Crewmember Experience initiatives and HR programs.
• Assist with Talent Acquisition activities including postings and candidate outreach.
• Help plan Crewmember engagement events and culture-building activities.
• Support HR training programs, materials, and participation tracking.
• Contribute to projects focused on internship program development and HR analytics.
• Assist with HRIS projects, data organization, reporting, and process documentation.
