Flatrock Manor is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and development. You will partner with managers to implement HR programs that enhance engagement and performance across the organization.

The role focuses on building strong relationships, ensuring policy clarity, and helping employees thrive while upholding residents’ rights and quality care standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field preferred.
• 1–3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist required.
• Proven ability to recruit top talent, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Build positive workplace relationships with employees, supervisors and management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development.
• Maintain HR policies, documentation and employee handbook revisions.
• Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews and candidate communications.
• Assist with investigations, exits and offboarding where needed.
