Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Customer service or employee support background with calm, professional inquiries handling.
• Comfortable learning HRIS databases and spreadsheet tools.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline tracking.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new hires and manage end-to-end onboarding across multiple sites.
• Serve as primary HR contact for benefits, payroll questions, and policies.
• Keep employee records accurate for internal and state audits.
• Attend occasional onsite visits across Michigan to train and guide staff.
• Support department projects, reporting deadlines, and process improvements.
