You will help customers with new, used, and specialty vehicles, using modern sales tools and CRM technology to build lasting relationships. We offer a base salary with commissions, performance bonuses, and a six-month income guarantee.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through the vehicle-buying process from initial contact to delivery and follow-up.
• Build long-term relationships rather than focusing on individual transactions.
• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, texts, emails, and social media inquiries.
• Learn inventory and confidently explain vehicles, features, and options.
• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives.
• Maintain CRM-driven follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
• Support trade-in evaluation, financing options, incentives, and purchase decisions.
