Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of HR or business experience
• Experience driving continuous improvement in HR programs and initiatives
• Experience using data to diagnose HR issues and inform decisions
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across HR or multiple functions

Responsibilities

• Manage Global People programs in partnership with BPs and COEs
• Partner with COEs to implement new global programs
• Ensure high-quality experience around onboarding, offboarding, and career transitions
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance, and leadership
• Manage employee relations cases with Legal and stakeholders
• Collaborate with Ethics & Compliance on investigations
• Use data analytics to identify trends and translate insights
• Drive continuous improvement using AI and digital tools to optimize HR delivery
• Provide on-the-ground feedback to People Partners, CoE, CBS
