Job summary

PMG, a global independent platform company, seeks an HR Business Partnership Principal in Dallas to partner with senior leaders, align talent strengths with business priorities, and drive organizational performance at scale. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, shaping people strategies and leading cross‑functional initiatives that unlock growth and improve engagement.

  • 4+ years in HR business partnership or related role with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Trusted partner to leaders, translating priorities into talent strategies and people solutions.

  • Using people data, insights, and trends to inform decisions and actions.
  • Understanding of organizational design and its impact on performance.
  • Experience navigating sensitive employee relations matters with judgment and empathy.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and people practices, ensuring consistent application.
  • Experience collaborating across recruiting, compensation, benefits, talent development, and HR operations.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Comfort with technology, AI, automation, and modern HR tools.

Day to day, you’ll serve as a trusted thought partner and leadership coach, helping leaders navigate changing priorities, strengthen team effectiveness, and make thoughtful people decisions. You’ll use data, talent insights, and your understanding of the business to identify trends, anticipate organizational needs, and translate those insights into meaningful HR strategies and solutions.

What You Will Do
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders, providing strategic guidance on complex business and people challenges while strengthening leadership effectiveness, team engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Leverage data-driven insights, talent trends, and market perspectives to develop forward-thinking HR strategies that support evolving business and workforce needs.
  • Align organizational structure, culture, talent, and processes with business goals to ensure teams are empowered, agile, and positioned for long-term success.
  • Coach leaders on performance development and people management practices that foster clarity, accountability, and a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Champion an open and inclusive culture where individual voices are heard, different perspectives are valued, and teams can do their best work.
  • Navigate sensitive employee relations matters with empathy and expertise, balancing the needs of individuals, teams, and the business while supporting thoughtful resolution.
  • Partner across HR disciplines, including recruiting, compensation, benefits, talent development, and operations, to deliver programs and initiatives that elevate the employee experience.
  • Oversee offboarding with care and professionalism, ensuring a smooth and respectful experience across communication, exit interviews, documentation, and related processes.
  • Provide meaningful feedback, coaching, and training to managers across a range of people-related topics, strengthening their confidence and effectiveness as leaders.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are clearly understood and applied consistently and thoughtfully across all levels of management.
  • Identify organizational development needs and collaborate with Talent partners to deliver relevant, timely learning and development opportunities that support growth at scale.
  • Contribute to organizational design conversations by bringing insights into team dynamics, growth patterns, talent needs, and business goals to help create structures that support creativity, efficiency, and performance.
  • Use AI, automation, and technology to elevate the quality and efficiency of work, streamline HR processes, and enable faster, more informed decision-making.
What You Will Bring
  • 4+ years of experience in HR business partnership, human resources, or a related people-focused role, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience serving as a trusted partner to business leaders, translating business priorities into thoughtful talent strategies and people solutions.
  • Strong coaching and consultation skills, with the ability to guide leaders through performance management, employee development, team effectiveness, and organizational change.
  • Experience using people data, talent insights, and business trends to identify opportunities, inform decisions, and proactively address organizational needs.
  • Knowledge of organizational design and development principles, with an understanding of how structure, culture, talent, and processes influence business performance.
  • Experience navigating sensitive employee relations matters with sound judgment, empathy, discretion, and a balanced understanding of employee and business needs.
  • A strong understanding of HR policies and people practices, with the ability to help leaders apply them consistently and effectively.
  • Experience collaborating across HR disciplines, including recruiting, compensation, benefits, talent development, and HR operations, to deliver connected employee experiences.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and collaborate effectively with leaders and teams across the organization.
