Job summary

VaynerX is looking for a high‑energy, deeply empathetic Senior Associate to join our People and Experience Team (PET) on the Business Partner track in New York. You will be the dedicated people champion for our entry‑level talent, managing relationships and guiding feedback cycles across three pods.

Reporting to a Senior Director, you will own 1:1 relationships, help managers with development, and safeguard retention. This role rewards proactive, process‑driven collaboration and learning.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in people support or HR basics.
• Empathy, high EQ, discretion in sensitive situations.
• Strong project management and critical thinking.
• Strategic problem solving with proactive suggestions.
• Curious and coachable mindset to learn talent coaching.
• Tech savvy with G Suite and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1:1 engagement for entry‑level NY employees.
• Coach managers and junior employees on feedback.
• Maintain relationship with PET leadership and handle escalations.
• Coordinate onboarding and cross‑pod collaboration.
