Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a friendly Cashier to be the face of the store, processing customers’ orders quickly and accurately while delivering excellent service. You will handle cash, credit/debit payments, and provide product location guidance in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes maintaining clean checkout areas, assisting with stocking, and staying flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays. DailyPay and a strong benefits package are available.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 1–2 years of cashiering experience.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to operate front end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks, multi-task, and stay organized.
• Must lift/carry up to 30 lbs and move carts up to 35 lbs, for up to 50 hours.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders quickly, accurately, and with a focus on satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments, and provide correct change.
• Assist customers by giving product location guidance and information.
• Maintain checkout areas in a clean, organized condition and assist with stocking shelves as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the front end manager and Head Cashier.
