Job summary

Brookestone View is seeking a People Development Coordinator to shape the employee experience from recruitment through development and engagement. As part of the leadership team, you'll attract top talent, foster a positive culture, support growth, and ensure employees feel valued and empowered.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Business/HR/Psychology and at least two years of HR experience, with strong communication, discretion, and a passion for people development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

• Ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
• Coordinate new employee orientation and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
• Assist with benefits administration and employee support.
• Promote employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
• Support team member development, education, and training opportunities.
• Foster positive team member relations and assist with employee concerns.
• Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational goals.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
• Help develop and implement programs that support employee retention and satisfaction.
• Serve as a champion for Brookestone Acres' mission, vision, and values.
