Brookestone View is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator to provide strategic and operational leadership for the community, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and engaged staff.

The role partners with residents, families, physicians, and stakeholders to create a supportive, values-driven environment aligned with our mission and Great Place to Work standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in skilled nursing or senior living operations.

Position Overview

As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the community. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and employee engagement while fostering a culture centered on excellence and compassion.

You’ll partner closely with residents, families, physicians, team members, and community stakeholders to create an environment where people feel supported, valued, and empowered.
