Job summary

RVO Health is seeking a Data Analyst for its People Analytics team in the Charlotte area. This mid-level role (1–3 years) focuses on extracting insights and partnering across functions to influence strategic decisions.

You will work in a Hybrid setup (office Tue–Thu; remote Mon/Fri) in the Charlotte Metro Area, contributing to workforce analytics and reporting that drive impactful people decisions.

AT A GLANCE

RVO Health is looking to add a Data Analyst to our People Analytics (HR) team. This is a mid-level role for someone with 1-3 years of experience who can not only extract insights, but also partner cross-functionally to influence strategic decisions and identify areas for the team to increase impact. You will help the Talent Analytics team continue to pursue our mission of driving value for RVO Health through our people.

Location: Charlotte Metro Area (Fort Mill, SC) | Hybrid

We believe great collaboration happens when we're together, solving problems, learning from each other, and connecting as a team. That's why we’re in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct advanced data analyses, generate insights and a compelling story, and present to Talent Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team members


• Collaborate with Finance and Talent leadership to inform the organization about workforce planning and budgetary insights


• Build analytical tools, such as self-service BI products and interactive dashboards, that visualize and analyze data.


• Build reporting solutions – telling the right people the right information at the right time

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, with an emphasis on workforce and talent insights.


• Strong analytical skills with experience demonstrating an aptitude to compile data in comprehensive reports, analyze trends, and make fact-based recommendations.


• Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations to leadership


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working well with business stakeholders


• Demonstrated ability to streamline and automate processes


• Experience with visualization tools such as Quicksight, Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI, or Looker to build dynamic/scalable dashboards and reports.


• Experience with employee engagement tools (e.g., Qualtrics, CultureAmp)


• Fluency coding in one analytical programming knowledge (e.g., R or Python) and SQL is required


• Knowledge or experience with people analytics is preferred


• Team-oriented, success-driven, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
